Rugged is the Beaudesert standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube.

"We make our own extractors." Beaudesert mandrel bend and manufacture their extractors using 2mm wall thickness tube. This reduces the likelihood of cracking and any other weaknesses in the pipe work. Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in South East Queensland, this high quality exhaust system includes:

- Beaudesert Exhaust’s own Extractors – 2mm wall thickness, laser cut merge collectors
- Ceramic coating of extractors is standard
- Replacement stud kit for the cylinder head for naturally aspirated extractor systems is available. Studs may become stretched over time or may break and for this reason we do advise to replace
- Euro 3 Standard 200 cell hi-flow Catalytic Converter – meets all emissions standards without restricting gas flow
- Perforated straight through muffler or resonator as standard
- This system can be purchased with no mufflers – designed for off road use only –This is for legal reasons varying from state to state
- 2 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
- Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar for quality and strength
- Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
- Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
- Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight
