Beaudesert Exhaust’s full 2 3/4″ mandrel bent exhaust system to suit the Mazda BT-50 with DPF.

Rugged is the Beaudesert standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube.

This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws. This exhaust system will only fit the 2.0L Bi-Turbo.
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fuelled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.

The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the chambered internals of the muffler, as well the reduced size tube on each end. For vehicles fitted with a DPF our exhaust kits come standard with a small resonator this gives your vehicle the best airflow.
