Beaudesert Exhaust’s Rugged full twin 2 3/4″ into 3 1/2″ mandrel bent exhaust system to suit the Toyota Landcruiser VDJ200 Series 2015-Current with DPF. 

Rugged is the Beaudesert standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube.
 
This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws. 
 
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fuelled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.
 
The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the chambered internals of the muffler, as well the reduced size tube on each end. For vehicles fitted with a DPF our exhaust kits come standard with a small resonator this gives your vehicle the best airflow.
 
Beaudesert have found through research and development that a 2 3/4” into 3 1/2” exhaust system performs better than any other size for this vehicle.

Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in South East Queensland, this high quality exhaust system includes:

- Exhaust starts after Diesel Particulate Filter to comply with ADR laws
- Perforated straight through muffler and rear muffler as standard
- No muffler pipe and no rear muffler pipe is available as an additional pipe for a louder note
- This system can be purchased with no mufflers – designed for off road use only –  This is for legal reasons which vary from state to state
- Polished stainless steel tip on 441 grade stainless steel systems standard
- 3 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
- Reinforced brackets with supports – 12mm 304 grade stainless steel rod with knobs ensures the hangers don’t fall out of rubbers
- Polished stainless steel muffler, rear muffler comes standard
- Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
- Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
- Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight
